“Lugar péssimo”

There were no positives; the address listed on the booking site was wrong and turned out to be a gas station. When I arrived, the staff didn’t know I had a reservation, except for the tidy sheets and towels. The bathroom had a strong odor, flooded when showering, the breakfast didn’t match the photos, and other guests complained about the same issues. The only redeeming point was the courteous housekeeper; the receptionist didn’t even say hello and answered questions as if it were a favor.

A few staff were helpful, and the Nautilus cabin in front was great—just missing shrimp on the menu—and the beach stretch was pretty. But the shower stayed cold for four days; we complained on day one and it took four days to fix. The mattress and pillows had no covers, were filthy, and the pillows smelled bad. We had to ask for a repair on a toilet that was lying on the floor without support. There was only one table with chairs missing. Breakfast was awful, lacking fruit variety, juices, and yogurt; for eight days the strawberry yogurt was overly sweet, we only got one watery juice per day. Booking listed it as 4 stars, the distance to the center was misrepresented, and overall it was a terrible experience—we won’t return.

The beds and TV were the only positives. Water was missing for the three nights I stayed, and on the first day the shower was cold.

We spent only two hours at the hotel because we couldn’t stand it any longer. There was no water, the Wi‑Fi didn’t work, and the noise prevented anyone from resting. It was a total disregard for guests, and I don’t recommend it to anyone.

The receptionist was polite and tried to help, but had no power to fix the issue. We arrived to find no water, with no prior notice. They promised a fix, yet we stayed without water for basic needs like brushing teeth and showering. We only stayed one night and barely used the accommodation; on the last day we had to leave for the airport without a shower before the flight. The lack of advance warning caused financial loss, emotional distress, and ruined our final travel day, which is a serious oversight that could have been avoided.
