I didn’t try breakfast, but the location was great. The room felt cramped, the bathroom was too small, and it was advertised as a junior suite yet it was barely a 3‑star room—definitely not a jr suite. There are better options out there.

The staff were friendly, helpful, and a real asset to the hotel. The location and breakfast were excellent, and the bed in the room was very comfortable. However, the bathroom had a hump in the tub that made getting in and out risky; when showering, water leaked under the glass and flooded the room. The tub needs replacement for a walk‑in shower or at least grab rails. There was no kettle or free tea/coffee, which is a let‑down. I’d also like a small dressing table or mirror in the room.

Très bon emplacement géographique, donne sur le cote de la basilique St Marc. Hotel bruyant car situé au dessus d'un restaurant et d'un bar. Baignoire très abimée, pleine d'éclat d'émail
