“Great location and value for money”
The location was great, parking was available at the back, the staff were helpful, and breakfast was good; the air conditioning worked well. The room itself was very basic and could use a makeover.

Breakfast was decent, full, and the items were good. The hotel isn’t in the city centre but is well connected by bus, metro and tram, and it’s a 5‑minute walk. The staff were friendly. When the breakfast area got full, replenishing some items took a while, but nothing serious.

Breakfast wasn’t included, so we paid an extra 10 euros. It was poorly set up and organised; we had to ask several times for food and cutlery. The waiters were polite and helpful but seemed inexperienced and awkward. The breakfast definitely needs improvement. The room could have been nicer; the details were terrible and it was obvious it was old. The sink drain was clogged and leaked water. When we told reception, they offered a room change, but the new room was not liked because it was very old and dark, facing the garage courtyard. We stayed in the original room. We weren’t offered a discount or a free breakfast for the inconvenience. Overall, it felt more like a two‑star hotel than a three‑star.

The place was a bit dirty and felt a little neglected.

It’s a family‑friendly hotel where the staff keep an eye on guests at all times. We came as a group of 13 and were delighted with the service. The hotel isn’t in the city centre but is well connected.
