Hotel La Chaumette

“L'hospitalité exceptionnelle fait la différence! Une bonne adresse à Privas, Je recommande !!”

I liked the attention and kindness of the staff, a very good welcome. Impeccable cleanliness, high‑quality mattress, everything was arranged to give me a pleasant stay. The bathroom had shower gel, liquid soap for hands, and shampoos. The room was simple but functional. Breakfast was truly excellent: a diverse and good‑quality selection that ensured a perfect start to the day; the staff were very friendly! I want to thank and praise the entire hotel team!

“La situation est l’atout majeur de l’hôtel”

The location was close to the city centre. The sliding wardrobe door opened poorly, jammed, then snapped back, bumping my finger against the wall. No apology from the front desk, no fix for the door. The room smelled bad, so we had to open the window. Breakfast cost 16 euros, which is discouraging.

The breakfast was great, everything you need is there. The beds were too firm for my taste.

The reception was very understanding about our family difficulties. The service was very good.

“THERE ARE BETTER OPTIONS”

The rooms are very old and, in my opinion, not clean enough. Breakfast is good. The staff includes some very gentle people. Free parking is outside. The rooms are very old and, in my opinion, not clean enough. The staff includes some very unpleasant people.
