The service was flawless, the staff took great care of us—from the free shuttle running roughly every 15 minutes between town and the hotel to Christeen, who handled all our requests and even rescued us from a booking mix‑up at another hotel in just a few moves; both hotel pools were excellent, though we preferred the one by the restaurant, and after five days we had no complaints; the only drawback was the Wi‑Fi, which kept dropping and eventually forced us to rely on 5G.
