Hotel La SERA

My family Youcef Monia and Dhia had a wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and ideally located close to the main historical sites, making it easy to explore the area. A special thank you to Amer Abderrahmen, who was very kind, welcoming, exceptionally helpful, efficient, and always available whenever we needed anything. His professionalism and kindness really made a difference and made our stay even more enjoyable. We recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again! Nothing negative.

“Dezamagire totala, nu recomand.”

The only good thing was the boy at the reception on the night shift! Very expensive for what was offered, the room smelled strongly of mold, the toilet cap was broken, the shower cabin was full of mold, the 3‑person room had only one outlet (where you should be able to charge two phones and use the kettle), the fridge didn’t work, old, very worn and torn towels. I asked for a room change, they gave me another room with basically the same problems, only the toilet cap was fixed. Cleaning was done daily, but because the furniture is very old you don’t notice big differences. Breakfast was the same every day, not many options.

Staff: I could ask anyone, everyone was helpful. Regular cleaning, cleanliness. Breakfast was plentiful but not very varied. Very weak lighting in the bathroom, one outlet in the room.

Everything, especially the staff treatment (Amer), was amazing. All perfect.

The staff was bad, the breakfast was the same every day, and the fridge didn’t have stevia and I asked for it to be turned on and they never did.
