This hotel offers a comfortable stay with spacious rooms and a large on-site spa, although the room itself could use some renovation. The late-night buffet option is a convenient feature for guests who prefer to dine at odd hours. However, the room's condition is somewhat disappointing.

As a westerner visiting Shenzhen, I found the breakfast options to be somewhat limited, but the friendly staff and exceptional cleaning service made up for it. The hotel's team provided excellent care, making my stay a pleasant one. However, the absence of western-style breakfast options was a noticeable omission.
