How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The room, the location, the friendly staff, and especially the exceptionally good individual breakfast were all excellent. If you want to be picky, the temporary restriction on the elevator (only one was working) and the fitness area—which we didn’t use—was directly next to the reception, open, audible, and visible, so it felt somewhat dismissive.

Everything was fine. Nothing to note.

The stay was exceptional and the place was very clean. I would strongly recommend it.

The location was great and it was very quiet. The bed and pillows felt a bit uncomfortable.

I booked a balcony room on the quiet back side of the building, and the layout was clever and spacious, with a very nice, functional bathroom and a thoughtfully appointed kitchenette. Breakfast was good, though a few items ran out and could use more frequent restocking. The place was very clean and quiet, and the neighborhood was great—right on a tramline and bus line, close to shops and restaurants. The staff were kind.
