“Buena estancia, pueden mejorar.”
The breakfast was good, and the pool and Jacuzzi were nice. However, there were mice on the ceiling of the room that could be heard at midnight, and their tracks were visible on the skylight.

The place is nice, although some of the photos shown are from days when events were happening. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, with pillows and bedding in excellent condition and a very clean bathroom. The pergolas are comfortable and the garden is well maintained. The best part is the food—it was delicious and the highlight of the stay. The staff’s attention is lacking; some are friendly and attentive, but other staff—especially young men—are not as good, and it varies by day (they don’t treat you the same on a Thursday as on a Saturday). You can even arrive and have to look for them because no one is at reception, and they leave some areas poorly lit, which can make you think it’s not a good place to sleep. I was charged a 5 % extra fee for paying by credit card. Some areas need maintenance: the Jacuzzi wasn’t fully working and had dark stains on the walls, the pool’s granite is a bit sharp (probably from wear), and some chairs near the pool and games like ping‑pong have dust on them. The rooms lack ventilation and the shower floods. Overall, the most neglected area is the pool’s service and maintenance. I feel there’s a mismatch between price and service; the rates are much higher than other Boyacá hotels with better facilities and service, especially if you’re charged a commission for using a credit card.

The location, gardens, and friendly staff were nice, but the rooms weren’t sparkling clean, the décor was inappropriate, and they should improve the quality of the rooms.

Only the vegetation was good; everything else was very uncomfortable. The rooms were tiny for the price they charge, there was almost no staff, and the service was terrible.
