“Estancia Maravillosa en región alpina Suiza”
The view of the mountain is exceptional, and the location is perfect whether you want to hike the nearby trails or take various tours to nearby destinations. The only downsides are climbing stairs with luggage, knowing we were on the third floor, a very small bathroom, and a non‑working extractor.
“Great location but could do with a little refresh”
The location and bedroom view were great, but several flights of stairs were tricky with luggage. The rooms are also quite old and dated, with a small bathroom. Overnight church bell noise disrupted sleep.
The stay was very comfortable, with an amazing view of the mountains and the clock tower from our room, and the location was perfect for exploring the Jungfrau region; the train station was only a 2‑minute walk away. The staff were friendly and helpful, though there is no lift so you have to carry luggage up the stairs, and the ski room gives access to a kettle and fridge.
“Comfy”
A lovely old building in a good location, though we were aware of the stairs.
I stayed on the 4th floor and the location was fantastic—close to the station and I could dine on the balcony while watching the Jungfrau. It would be great if the room had a fridge.
