“Exceptional experience”

Everything was great, especially the staff who were wonderful, friendly, welcoming, and professional. The hotel itself was beautiful, the food was scrupulous, and the breakfast menu was excellent. The hotel ran smoothly, and our room 223 was gorgeous with beautiful views of the golf course. The overall experience was exceptional, and I haven’t stopped talking about it since our overnight stay for a one‑night event. The Heritage was very far out, making it difficult to get there in the downpour we encountered, but that’s hardly their fault.

“Enjoyable stay.”

The room was very nice, and breakfast offered a good variety of options. The staff, especially those at the restaurant, were pleasant to deal with. I wouldn’t call the restaurant fine dining, but the food was still nice. The room felt too bright and lacked cozy touches that would make it feel special. The serving staff were a pleasure, and although I didn’t catch the girl’s name, she was very pleasant and attentive.

“Comfortable”

The lobby had a gorgeous smell and the style was lovely; the staff were very pleasant. We didn’t enjoy our food—the steak was lukewarm and definitely not worth the money. There were pubic hairs in our bath upon arrival, and the duvets are horrendous.

“Perfect location , great value”

The location is fantastic and there’s so much to do; the staff are always so lovely too. The room was quite cold, but they provided a spare heater in the closet, so I’m guessing it wasn’t a new problem. We were told at check‑in that a reservation wasn’t required to eat in the bar, yet they said something different in the bar and seemed annoyed we didn’t have one.
