“Needs improving”

The spot is great, parking is a breeze, and it’s quiet. The staff were helpful. But the place needs some TLC; I’ve stayed here multiple times and there are better maintained and equipped apartments at this price. Two days after my stay, I booked a beautiful 2‑bedroom penthouse about 100 metres away for less money. The price here is excessive for what’s offered, sadly.

“Shame!Could have been so much better”

No clear checkin link sent to my account, arrived and was left outside on the street and no staff answering the telephone line. Left voice mail and still no return call Nearly 2 hours later did a gent answer the telephone but stated we should have been sent clear instructions when checking in on line ! I wasn’t We had to walk 30 mins in the dark with my who is disabled to a garage to be given keys with no Fob stating Apartment block neither the floor or Apartment No!! I had to walk around all the blocks until the key fitted a door. Then once in check every door to see which apartment was ours!! Awful experience. No car space No given and No bedding for the sofa bed which I requested 2 wks prior to arriving. It was the worse experience I have ever endured when booking into anytime of property. I’ve travelled a lot used Booking. Com many times and there never a problem. However the property management company who are responsible for these apartments. DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE as stated 9-2pm Over New year week. First time they returned a call to me was upon my checking out to see if I had left !! I left messages on the platform which they did not respond to. E.g how do we get in ? Where’s our bedding? It’s was an absolute nightmare. I am requested a refund with the view to the fact I did not get the service that I had paid for. Your problem the link to checkin didn’t work. I was at a funeral prior to arriving which I forewarned you, so I wasn’t looking out for another link for checking in as I assumed we had completed checking in. 24 hour manned telephone line! That’s a joke, requested bedding, no bedding provided until Wednesday after 4pm. Disabled access and apartment no grab rails in bathroom my friend had to strip wash as she dare not have a shower in fear of slipping! It ruined my surprise mini break for my friends 65th birthday because of all the problems we encountered upon arrival

“Home away from home ❤️”

Lovely apartment that feels like home. Secure car park visible from the balcony. The hosts were attentive and responsive, which made me feel at ease. There were guides on how to get to the property by car or foot. Nice and quiet residential area, and the bed was really comfy for me :) Best sleep I’ve had in a long time! The TV was a bit complicated, but once I got used to it I could watch the streaming apps (Netflix, Prime, etc.). There’s nothing NOT to like :).

“Jar tried so muck to make us happy by responding to our requests quickly”

The location is well secured. Some things need to be changed: the coach, the wall papers, local channels weren’t working. It needs to be thoroughly cleaned.
