The experience was amazing, and I laughed a lot.
Staying at Pavilion Palace Hotel Dubai was a very good experience; the hotel was comfortable, clean, and the service excellent. I especially appreciated Mr. Kishan, who was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional throughout my stay, always ready to assist and ensuring everything was taken care of.
I had a good experience overall, but there were a few negatives that stood out.
The hotel was very nice and comfortable. The staff were very good and behaved well, but the hotel still needs cleaning.
I had a wonderful stay and truly appreciated the excellent hospitality and service throughout my visit. I want to thank Hayaat, Marcus, and Abdul Salam for their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail—they went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable.
