“Awesomeness”
Everyone was great; we had a flat tire and the staff helped us with a tire pump—awesome.

The hotel was fine, but the assistant general manager was not nice at all.

The water was off for a short period at check‑in, the carpet had just been cleaned and was still damp, the thermostat needed repair, the shower head adjuster didn't work properly, the hair conditioner pump was broken, and only one washer worked in the guest laundry.

The breakfast and the room were good for the price, but the chirping of the smoke detector could not be fixed by management, even after I told housekeeping and the front desk.
