The staff were highly competent and the service excellent; Manager Edita was a professional who helped us uncover Tbilisi City many times. Everything else was fine, no complaints.

The balcony view was beautiful and we enjoyed sitting there. Everything was within walking distance, the location was great, and the side street was very quiet. The room was spacious and clean, and the bathtub was nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good basic selection plus daily changing dishes, all very tasty. We would come back and especially recommend this room. The pool was warm. On the rooftop terrace you can relax on the loungers and enjoy the view.

The downstairs outdoor area was nice, but I paid for a room with a balcony and was let down when the door opened onto a rooftop space that barely fit a single person. I chose the hotel for the balcony and felt disappointed.
