“The worst place ever you need to take it off this site if you want to maintain your repute”

This was the worst extended stay I’ve ever had. Old trash was under the bed, the hotel reeked of old cigarettes, and people left the back door unsecured and open all day. I would ask for a full refund if I could find a worse experience; I would never stay here again and would report the place for safety issues and general nastiness. The only good thing about my trip to this part of town was my niece’s beautiful wedding ceremony. This place should be taken off the map if you want to protect your reputation.

“Horrible place. People were even doing drugs in the parking lot.”

Nothing positive. The most disgusting hotel I’ve ever been to; we had to leave and find other accommodations. I’m still waiting for my refund.

“Absolutely never again”

Very disappointed in accommodations. The entrance smelled like cigarette smoke, and the hallway and room smelled like B.O. (body odor).

“Second chance”

The area is nice, but the shower handle was broken. After a 22‑hour drive we just wanted a hot shower and sleep, yet the bracket holding the pipe was broken and the whole system moved alarmingly. We asked about it the first night and they said they were fully booked because many rooms were offline due to issues, and that it would be fixed while we were out the next day. No notes were left and it wasn’t repaired. When we returned we had to talk to someone else to get the shower fixed. They replaced the handle but couldn’t fix the bracket holding all the piping, so we were told to use it carefully. The room was also very damp, so much so that the books I bought started to get damaged. We tried changing the air temperature, leaving the AC off or running full time, and turning the vent in the bathroom on, but nothing helped. We have stayed here before as a family‑friendly place, but I don’t think we’ll return. I’d pay more for better‑cared‑for rooms.
