“Nobody liked the hotel and the road and the management.”
The hotel’s décor and garden looked pretty, and breakfast was decent. However, the map was wrong and finding the hotel was a hassle. The phone number listed didn’t work, but after locating the correct one and calling, the receptionist explained the tricky route. Only one staff member was at the front desk, which felt insufficient. Though the garden was lovely, we were told no tea or coffee service in the afternoon because there were no other guests. I booked for family and friends, but none were satisfied, and I felt embarrassed.
