Ideal guesthouse for a small group (4‑8 people) on the outskirts of Lagodechi, with an awesome view of the mountains and forest. The courtyard has a covered area with a barbecue. There’s space to park a car. The rooms are spacious but feel a bit lacking in coziness. Hot water runs out quickly – the boiler is too small for the three guesthouse rooms.
Modern rooms, great location, everything clean and new. The room had air conditioning, and despite the high ceilings it was warm. There was also a huge TV in a separate room, and the kitchen had everything needed. The host was pleasant and gave us a ride in his car. Definitely 10 out of 10.
