The location was convenient, but the stay was very disappointing: the room and bathroom were dirty, the TV was not recharged, and the corridor dustbins were overflowing, creating a terrible smell; the wall plaster was peeling, showing poor maintenance; on top of that, they charged ₹50 for a 2‑litre water bottle; overall the hotel lacks basic cleanliness and maintenance, so I would not recommend staying here.

This place is a total rip‑off; the photos are fake, it’s a disgusting, run‑down hotel that hasn’t been kept up in ages; the beds, pillows, and towels aren’t washed, and it feels like a bunch of kids are working the front desk, clueless about what they’re doing or how to deal with guests, and they don’t even speak English; the area around it is full of super cheap and gross hotels, so you’re better off staying away from this place and all the hotels nearby; I booked this hotel for visa biometrics, didn’t sleep a wink that night, and totally regret it; the pictures were probably taken 10‑20 years ago; I called customer service, but they didn’t help with a refund and just moved me to another dirty room; that’s it.

Nothing; very bad service – we were given our rooms 3 hours late and no towels or toiletries were provided.
