Sleep was good and there were no noises; the place was very quiet. The man who runs it is discreet. However, the cleaning was lacking – the bins weren’t emptied daily. Because it’s a gated community, a neighbor was upset that I parked my car in front of his door; you must not park in the neighbor’s entrance.

After the front‑desk manager cancelled our reservation, I was supposed to receive a refund of 48 €, but I never got it. The lack of reimbursement for the cancellation is a major issue.

I booked a room with a bunk bed because the photo on the site showed that, but I ended up with a small room that had two single beds instead. The two beds were fine, but one of them was very noisy; any movement produced sounds that made it uncomfortable. The owner was nice and helpful, and the place was clean. It’s a good budget option for a short stay in Toledo, with easy parking and pet‑friendly policy.

The location and the patio were nice, even though we didn’t use the patio. The place was dirty, hot, and we didn’t get the room we had booked. The odor, the music that went on until late, and other long‑lasting problems were very disappointing.
