“No debería ser 4 estrellas”

Las vistas desde la terraza y el colchón muy cómodo. El personal de recepción muy atento. El spa estaba fuera de servicio y nadie avisó previamente… creo que no cuesta tanto mandar un email informativo. El mobiliario y las paredes están llenas de desperfectos. Cuando eliges un 4 estrellas esperas una calidad importante, y en este hotel no la encuentras

“Instalaciones muy abandonadas”

The service was good. The facilities look very abandoned and the private beach is very dirty. The spa couldn’t be enjoyed because the boiler wasn’t working and the water was cold.
