The location is good, but it’s just a room in an apartment, the pillows are uncomfortable, and the price is high.

The service was extremely rude and unfriendly, the address is wrong, and you can spend hours looking for the hostel and never find it.

I liked the apartment, it felt like home among bourgeois Hungarian relatives; it was a very good experience, though we booked at the last minute. For a single night when you have no other options, it’s fine. The view from the shared room window faces the avenue; there’s also a separate two‑person room that lets you spend a decent time. The view from the window looks at the inner garden and the synagogue! I recommend taking the separate room if you want to feel part of Hungarian intellectual life. The owner lives with you in the same flat, so it was constantly too loud and hard to relax.

The location is fine, but everything was bad: the staff, a private dirty place with two beds that looked like they might collapse, dirty sheets, etc.

Only the location is good; the room was dark with little light, people who usually stay there decide when to close the window that lets in street ventilation, but the outside noise is too loud to sleep, I never saw any cleaning, there were few chairs to sit on, and the apartment is small.
