“Very bad experience at check in”
I was told at reception that the amount I paid was too low and that I couldn't stay, so I never actually checked in.
I had to wait 2.5 hours for my room, and when I finally got it the staff claimed I hadn't booked there; the blanket was unwashed and the room was covered in hair, making the stay very disappointing and the staff rude.
It’s easy to find, but the receptionist was not good, failed to manage my booking, and the hotel cancelled it. They didn’t even arrange anything else for me.
