It was a very small room but the location was excellent, and a friendly old lady did everything she could to help. Restaurants, shops, 7‑11, the metro, all were nearby. We were two people and received the smallest room; they promised twice to switch us to a slightly bigger one but eventually didn’t—suddenly it was already booked, and the next day the second room was booked as well.

The location was good, easy for travel and shopping. The way the staff handled room access while we were away isn’t entirely their fault, but it’s the one area where I think the team’s management system could be better, because safety and privacy are extremely important.

Excellent cleanliness, staff, and value. They let you check out between 11 am and 1 pm and even stored your luggage for you until 8 pm the same day, at no extra cost.
