“Great host and location, would return”

The host was fantastic, offering plenty of recommendations for activities, dining, and more. Being close to the Dam made getting around easy and there was plenty to do. The bathroom was quite small, as were the beds; I’m 6ft4 and my mate is 5ft10, and we both found ourselves hanging off the beds or occasionally rolling them out.

The location was excellent, close to the central station and the bar area, and the host gave great recommendations. The space is small but well used; just watch the stairs when entering and inside the accommodation. The shower and access stairs could use more cleaning. I think they were renovating the bathroom that day, so the host asked us to leave because workers were arriving. I hope it’s improved now.

The contact was very friendly and the key hand‑over went smoothly. It’s perfectly central yet quiet. Clean and cozy. It’s only 5 minutes to a very good canal‑boat provider.

“Location is great, perfect for a short stay but cramped for 4 if we’d stayed longer. Decent value for money.”

The location was great! Having a kettle and fridge was handy. There was no bowl to fill with water for cleaning the cups and glasses that were provided, and I couldn’t find the switch for the ceiling lights in the upstairs bedroom even after searching.
