“They deceived me with high quality pictures, blankets were dirty, pool was green, no toilet paper, the toilet door wasn’”

I was really looking forward to a comfortable stay, but everything about the place fell short of my expectations. I didn't find anything positive to say about my experience.

I was thoroughly unimpressed with my stay, to the point where I had to look for alternative accommodations. On the other hand, I didn't find anything that would make me want to change my opinion about the place.

“Should have read the reviews before booking here, will defintely not be back”

While the location was convenient and close to our meeting spot, and we didn't have the chance to have breakfast, the room was a letdown. The issues I encountered included peeling paint, loose wires from the TV, a non-functional kettle, cockroaches, no shower door, a dusty room with a musty smell, and black mould in the fridge.

“It was not a comfy as the last time. Needs a lot of upkeep”

I was disappointed to see that the upkeep of the place had declined since my last visit in 2019. Although the location is great and Tendai was amazing, the lack of linen and breakfast was a letdown. I hope they improve the maintenance and make it a great place to stay again.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, thanks to the warm hospitality of the staff and the numerous adorable cats roaming around. The location was incredibly convenient, as it was just a stone's throw away from the event we were attending. However, the hotel's appearance didn't quite match the photos I'd seen, with the pool looking more like a murky pond than a refreshing oasis. The overall atmosphere felt a bit run-down, and it was clear that the hotel could use some much-needed renovations.
