“Sehr schönes Hotel mit schönen Pool und tollem Ausblick”

The breakfast, lunch and dinner were very good, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent and the hotel is very family‑friendly, leaving no wishes unfulfilled for children. A second pool for adults would be a good idea. The playground is very spacious and well designed so it doesn’t bother guests without kids. Our room was the tower room, unfortunately very small, only a small window opens onto the roof. It was very hot in the room and the bed was not a proper double bed. We would book the hotel again but not this room.

“Sehr schade, die Qualität passt ganz einfach nicht. Dabei wäre die Lage echt super.”

Positives – Stunning location – Great modern bike‑parking – Completely new and high‑quality e‑bikes – Super fitness room – Great pool / outdoor area – A paradise for children, if only there were shade in the play area – Cleaning absolutely fine. Negatives – Rooms urgently need renovation – Food is average and the afternoon snack was leftovers from the previous day – Breakfast was prepared with little enthusiasm – Sun umbrellas fall over with light wind (stands too small!) – I was also asked to clean the rental bike after use (spray with the hose) – several trash containers in front of the house (the responsible person just lacks the feeling!) – at check‑out we mentioned the rooms that were no longer up to date. They told us that not all had been renovated yet and that they were the cheaper ones. We paid 125 € per person.

“Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis mit sehr netten Personal!”

Great facility, especially well equipped for kids. The mattresses were an issue.

The mix of old and new! You can see the renovations, a very harmonious balance of rustic and modern. The indoor pool could be a bit warmer, otherwise there is absolutely nothing to complain about!
