Ubicación. Las instalaciones son muy viejas. La habitación que reservé decía que tenía aire acondicionado y no fue así, tuve que pagar adicional para que me pasaran a una con aire acondicionado

The pool is nice, but the service is awful—no towels are provided, and you have to rent them for 100 pesos each, which has nothing to do with the service I received three years ago. This time everything was very bad; only one blonde lady was friendly, and the staff only starts to move you out at 12:00 pm.

Being right in front of the beach was great, and everything else was fine—I liked it.

The view of the sea was nice, but the hotel itself was in terrible condition. The pool area had a collapsed roof that could fall, the common area was dirty, the watering can was clogged, the water wouldn’t flow, the toilet was half blocked, the doors and mosquito nets were in awful condition, the air conditioning didn’t work, the pool hours weren’t respected, the hotel was falling apart, and the reception area looked bad when I arrived.

The only good thing was the location, everything else was poorly maintained.
