Breakfast was pretty good; the parking and street access are on the same level but you have to climb a staircase; the reception was understaffed; the double room was poorly equipped, the bathroom was very small, there was no desk, and the tiny TV was mounted too high.

The location is excellent on a quiet street, close to restaurants and transport links, the staff are very friendly and helpful, and breakfast is a good choice.

The location was great, we got to Aachen quickly to catch the World Cup. The accommodation felt very sparse, but in the end everything was there.
