The décor is nice, rooms are clean with plenty of space, and it’s close to the beach. We arrived after 10:00 p.m., which we had informed the property about beforehand. The reception’s phone, as noted on the door, was only available until 10:00 p.m., so we couldn’t call. The access code we received in a message didn’t work, and after several dozen minutes of being unable to enter or contact anyone, we almost had to find another place for the night. Eventually, we woke other guests to open the door for us. About an hour after our first attempt, someone from the property called back, but no apology was offered. The next day, we told the staff, and they simply said the wrong code had been sent. No apology, no compensation, and no goodwill gesture.
