The room felt clean and spacious, and the location made both the old and new parts of Istanbul easy to reach; being right in the middle of the nightlife area meant I could dine and chat at night without trouble, and the price felt good for the place. The ceiling in one spot had peeling paint and dust fell off, which was a bit disappointing; I wish they’d repair or cover it. It’s a bit noisy, but that’s a trade‑off for the nearby restaurant, so it’s understandable. The on‑site restaurant can be a bit confusing to enter during the day, but overall it’s a nice spot.

The host was responsive, the place was clean, and it’s in a lively neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and bars, close to trams, buses, and a boat to the Asian side. The apartment is terribly poorly insulated; a nightclub downstairs plays music loud until 4 am, and the noise permeates the apartment so strongly it feels like we’re inside the club. I couldn’t sleep well even with earplugs, making nights very hard and ruining the trip because sleep quality is essential for me. The ceiling also needs fixing and doesn’t match the photos.

The location was good, but the bed wasn’t clean.

The hotel’s location is great, with cafés and restaurants right next door. Room cleanliness could use improvement, and on weekends the noise level can be a bit higher for those sensitive to sound.
