I use this hotel often because I fly to Thailand to get a new 3‑month Vietnamese visa. My biggest concern for 2027 is that Ho Chi Minh City will have a new airport, which might make reaching the city center take a long time.

The hotel is great. It’s located in a quiet alley close to the main, busy street. The room was clean and well kept; it was room 303. There was a small balcony and a kettle with a refrigerator. I will definitely stop by again on my way back.

The rooms were spacious with large beds, and the staff were very helpful and cheerful.

We arrived there, but not the right place. We were checked into a neighboring hotel. The room was better, but there were ants. My daughter and I were bitten everywhere—tiny red ones in the bed and all over the place. Ants!!!

The hotel is in central Q1. The staff or owner had a terrible attitude toward guests, acting very calculating and demanding. We were charged half a day for a 40‑minute late check‑out because of traffic; the staff blamed us for not calling. During the dispute, the owner used offensive language. The service felt cold and unenthusiastic, let alone good. It was a horrible experience, the worst I've had. One star for accommodation and one star for service—much worse than nearby options, completely unlike Saigon's standards.
