The bed and room were comfortable, but when I arrived the front‑desk attendant was asleep in the back, so I had to wait 15‑20 minutes to check in; I had to shout loudly to get his attention, and when he finally appeared he looked blood‑shot and claimed he was working in the back, which didn’t seem right.

The place was very convenient and the staff were friendly, but there was brownish stuff on the ceiling above the tub and in the tub itself.
