The rooms need extensive maintenance, but the front desk staff handled all our concerns to the best of their ability. The smoke detector kept sounding nonstop and the room smelled of smoke; the property requires a lot of work.

Getting there was easy from the freeway, but the room door was locked and malfunctioned; we were moved to another room that smelled awful, and only after that did we receive a clean one.

The pool was a lot of fun and the staff were super nice, plus it’s great that you can drive up to drop off bags. The room was dirty: there was still water in the ice bucket, the tub wouldn’t drain, and they wouldn’t fix it after we reported it. The sink was also still dirty.

A staff member who checked me in was extremely kind and polite, and the room was clean. The TV wasn’t working well, and the building felt slightly outdated, but those were minor concerns.
