“Atendimento primoroso”
The hotel is gorgeous and very well maintained, but what we loved most was how the staff treated us – simply amazing. Because of the rain, the pool was closed, but it was raining heavily and we understood.
“Bom hotel, mas que não condiz com o preço que cobram e a experiência que entregam.”
The hotel sits just a few meters from Capivari and the front desk was friendly, but the steep hills make getting in and out a struggle, especially for older guests or those with limited mobility. Finding your way around is tough because there’s no map in the rooms or in the directory, and some staff couldn’t give directions. The breakfast was mediocre for a 5‑star price point: the buffet was narrow, and a single cook had to prepare hot items like eggs and tapioca, which could take over 30 minutes. Small extra fees were added for items taken from the minibar or coffee; I had to pay an extra 10% for my own coffee, soda, and water.
“Sensacional”
Everything was perfect, but the service left something to be desired.
“Maravilhoso”
Cozy bed sheets. No fireplace.
“Um hotel no estado da arte”
Everything was spotless and organized, and the artwork throughout the property added a nice touch.
