El personal es muy amable. Si tienen habitación que da a la calle, existe mucho ruido de afuera

The receptionist was an incredibly nice and kind woman. I liked the food and the idea of using the restaurant close to the hotel. The rooms were clean, and the shower had hot water in the late afternoon and in the morning. I also liked that, even though the hotel is in the center of the city, it had a parking space. The room was on the small side, but it is expected, since the hotel is in the center of Piura
