“Es wird keinen zweiten Aufenthalt geben”
The rooms were large, air‑conditioned and clean. The staff, however, were far from acceptable: the reception was neither warm nor friendly, they asked us if we wanted breakfast and how we wanted to pay without eye contact; the waiter in the restaurant was arrogantly superior and made bad jokes; at breakfast there was no “good morning”, a coffee machine that demanded cleaning, and the departure lacked the usual question “did you enjoy your stay?” and a wish for a nice day. The picture of the staff remains consistently arrogant and superior, so we won’t book another night here.

The décor is very tasteful and the place is impeccably clean. Everything was flawless.
Excellent location, short drive to the A43 or Dülmen, and nothing to complain about.

The location and bike parking are good; the short and strict opening hours of the restaurant on weekends, the chef’s unfriendly demeanor that rubbed off on the staff, and the lack of a consistently replenished breakfast buffet for late‑arriving guests were negatives.
