The hotel’s central location was perfect, and the rooms were neat and charming. The staff were helpful. The only downside was that the mattress felt a bit too firm for my taste.

The interior was clean and new, and the climate control and hot water worked flawlessly. It was a bit far from the city center, though close to public transport stops. I was disappointed that they charged money just to leave my luggage.

The room was tidy and organized. The location is great—you can walk to most places. Because it was so hot, we took the metro to the Vatican. The hotel is very close to Roma Termini train station.

Everything was beautiful… The air‑conditioning didn’t work well.

The place was incredibly clean and kept cool even in August’s Roman heat; we walked to almost everything.
