The location was central, close to everything: a supermarket, a bank, public transport 2 minutes on foot, a good dry sauna, and a heated pool on the hotel roof. Everything was fine except for the guy named Arman at reception who ruined the whole experience and was a shame… I booked 2 rooms for 3 nights and paid for them at check‑in. On the day we helped the rooms, the guy called after about two hours and said why we left the hotel without paying, and that he wanted to charge the already paid amount to a credit card! Things like this should be checked before blaming the customer; I felt very uncomfortable at that moment and it ruined the entire vacation experience…

The spot is fantastic and unusually quiet for Tbilisi, but the coffee shop downstairs only opens at 11am, though there are plenty of cafés around.
