The staff were polite, but the value didn’t match the price. The thin wooden doors and the bed right next to the hallway made it feel like sleeping in a corridor, with all the noise. The busy restaurant downstairs kept the noise up late, so you’d have to pay an extra twenty euros (even though prices around Malpensa are insane) just to get a decent night’s sleep.

The staff were friendly, the place had character, the breakfast was good, and the airport transfer was a great idea. The bathroom door needs repainting.
