It was so comfortable! The customer service, however, left something to be desired.

The room was very comfortable, with a good bed and a work desk. It would be helpful if breakfast could be provided to take when checkout occurs before the restaurant’s breakfast service starts.

“Stay was nice and comfortable for most part. Convenient and polite staff. Willing to stay again!”

Convenient location, spacious room, courteous staff, on‑site restaurant and breakfast, and a well‑organized, clean property that felt safe and inviting. On the downside, the parking deck elevator smelled of urine and smoke, the breakfast area was congested, staff couldn’t stop guests in the next room from smoking marijuana that drifted into our room and from loud noises and conversation that went on past 3 am, the refrigerator didn’t work, the shower was small, and the toilet handle was loose or malfunctioning.
