I had a pleasant and straightforward interaction with the owner, and the apartment was well equipped with a fridge and microwave. The location was ideal for the city, and parking was available nearby. There was nothing to criticize.

The communication and the owner's attention were appreciated. Thank you.

The little apartment was nice, but it made a bad impression on my guests. I’ve travelled the world and never found a hotel or B&B where, after giving credit card details at booking, you can’t automatically pay. It’s a shame, the apartment itself was good.

The 30‑square‑meter place I stayed in with my friend was nicely furnished and functional, quite spacious, with good air‑conditioning and a decent bathroom. It was very close to Marsala’s center. Mr Arcangelo welcomed us, helped us with an early check‑in, and recommended a great lunch spot; I paid him for the stay. I had chosen a 4‑star property with two rooms and two bathrooms at Via Punica 19, only to find on arrival that it was actually two small apartments on different streets. The listing said it was on the ground floor, but it was on the first floor with a very tight spiral staircase, which matters for luggage and personal mobility. The shower phone (cipolla) didn’t work, and the 60‑square‑meter apartment was also on the first floor with a long staircase, not ideal for people with even mild mobility issues.
