“Arnaque”
The room was good, the bathroom was good, the view of the restaurant was nice, and the chef was very kind. Moustafa tried to sell us a private driver for 80€, lied about the entrance near the hotel being closed to push that sale, was condescending and unpleasant, didn’t even speak to us when we passed the reception, and was very rude. We were shocked to be told a 70€ tax at arrival (on a 230€ booking that’s a decent amount of tax). We saw the Pyramids but also the dump next to the hotel. A vacuum in the room would not have been refused.
