“If you want basic , no frills”

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean, but we booked a king‑size bed and were given a queen because they had us in a smoking room? I would never book a smoking room since neither of us smokes. It’s the most basic motel we’ve ever stayed at. Soap was returned in its wrapper! No breakfast, only coffee. Overpriced!

“Did not stay!”

Nothing at all!. They put us in a room where they were storing a full size stove right next to the dresser.( took up space) it had a king size bed and a small couch. The room smelled of a musty moldy smell. I asked to be moved to a different room as i have COPD. The new room was worst than the first. The king bed had 3 small pillows and the sheets were a dingy yellow color from all the smoke and had cigarette burns on them that in my opinion needed to be thrown out and did not have couch. Instead they had 2 small uncomfortable composite made cafeteria chairs. The bathroom had paint popping out from the wall. The big sign outside read NEW ROOMS (That in my opinion was not the case). They also stated they were pet friendly How can you be pet friendly when there is no place to walk your pet. We took are 10 lb dog out back to walk where the owner came out stating that we cannot walk him out back as they grew a garden ( instead of a dog walk). They wanted us to walk him in a 1 foot wide patch of grass next to the sidewalk and very busy four lane highway, Sorry that is not a dog walk. With that we did not stay as the owners were very RUDE and not apologetic

“Pit stop on a cross country move”

The location is convenient for local amenities, the highway, and the Historic Downtown area, and it’s within walking distance of standing in two states at once.
