“NÃO RECOMENDO. NÃO VALE O PREÇO.”
The location is great, but apartment 301 faces the sea and has a door that opens onto the neighbor’s unit, so we could hear every conversation. The bedroom door doesn’t close because the frame is cracked, and both the balcony door lock and the bedroom window lock are broken. The air conditioner doesn’t cool properly and its fan blade is broken; I had to use a band‑aid to hold it. The place was very dirty. The sheet that covers the bed is smaller than the mattress, so we woke up on the uncovered mattress. The wall paint is unfinished. The shower, soap dish, tap and mirror are rusted. The living‑room trash can is broken. The curtain rod needs fixing because the short rod lets light spill over the top, entering the room and waking guests. Cleaning and tidying need major improvement. The window glass is stained, ruining the sea view. On the third floor there are two apartments under construction, causing a lot of noise and dust. Since the hotel has only one elevator, the wait to go up or down is long when construction materials are being moved. The fire door does not close, posing a danger to guests who would have to use the stairs with the door shut to protect against fire. Suggestions: add a power outlet on the study table, and two small chairs with a table on the balcony (there is nothing). Breakfast needs more variety, more items, and fixes: a cup near the juice, disorganized plates, clogged juice taps that slow down juice removal, etc. In short, I recommend a corrective maintenance checklist to improve guest comfort and safety (I can send photos and videos if needed).
