“Fue una excelente estadía, próximamente los visitaré nuevamente con más turismo”
The hotel sits in a lovely setting, but the restaurant service left something to be desired.

The greenery and view were great, yet the pool was a bit dirty with a lot of lime, the towels were old and small, and there was no iron or ironing board.

I was next to the lake, but the food was awful, the buffet was too simple, the towels were old, the TV channels didn't work, the internet was useless, and the climate control barely cooled the room with no option to adjust it.

The old hotel was comfortable with good facilities, a nice lake view, a decent-sized pool, and karaoke in the evenings, and the staff were friendly, but the room cleaning needed better supervision, the towels should be higher quality, and the owners should enforce stricter control over pets.

The property is tucked away in a forest by the lake, old but nostalgic like a time‑travel, and at arrival a rainbow appeared over the garden lake, which was magical; the room was freshly renovated and pleasant, and next time I’d like to use the temazcal. The shower room floor was slippery, so a non‑slip mat would be welcome.
