The price was good, but the alleyway noise at 7 am on a Saturday, with a guy blasting a leaf blower, was a real bother.

Great spot and decent breakfast, but the TV selection was very limited; a white‑noise option would help.

The room was roomy and the beds were comfortable enough, yet you have to squeeze through a crowded bar to reach the manager behind it for the key and directions to the stairs. No bellhops exist to assist with two flights of stairs and luggage. Ongoing construction keeps you from approaching the bar/hotel entrance. The bar noise dies around 3 am. The bathtub walls are unusually high, making it unsuitable for those with mobility issues. No one is around to help you bring your luggage down two flights and out onto the street to the car park.
