“This place is a toilet.”

I’ve been here before and it’s a real dump now; the owners let the place deteriorate. The fridge was covered in black mold, and I had to haul the microwave out of a closet shelf onto the table just so it could plug in. The sliding glass door was a nightmare to open, and the pull‑out couch was broken, forcing someone to sleep on the floor the first night. We moved out, but the staff were friendly. The owner is terrible.

“Terrible”

Unfortunately, I had to abandon my stay at this hotel due to the challenging stairs, which were narrow and rickety, making it difficult for me to climb even just two levels. As someone with bad knees, I found it unbearable to continue. We ended up switching to a different hotel, which was a more suitable choice for us.

“I was happy to find this place to stay at with such short notice. It is a quaint place and centrally located. I liked it”

While the hotel's location was decent, with the ocean being relatively close, I was disappointed to find that the view of the ocean required a significant amount of climbing and even then, it wasn't great, as I needed binoculars to fully appreciate it.

I was pleased to find that the hotel was very quiet and conveniently located near the beach, but unfortunately, the stairs proved to be a major obstacle for me, given my bad knees.

“The parking lot needs work, as well as the room could use some remodeling”

I was initially put off by the steep stairs, which I felt should have been clearly disclosed in the hotel's information. My wife has a bad hip, and I have bad knees, making it a struggle for us to climb the stairs. However, the room was clean, which was a redeeming quality.
