The Standard Twin Room accommodates two guests with two twin beds. “Bath & sink plugs didn't fit/work. Management knew disrepair & charged extra €for Bathroom”
The staff were friendly, the foyer was welcoming, and the mattress was comfortable. However, both the bath and sink plugs were broken; they had been deliberately replaced with wrong plugs to hide the damage and hope guests wouldn’t notice while paying extra for a bathroom.

The room was clean, the staff friendly, breakfast was fairly varied, the hair dryer worked great, and the metro and bus stops were close to the hotel; however, the room and bathroom were small, sound insulation was poor so I could hear people talking in neighboring rooms, the décor felt a bit dated, and there was no elevator.
