“Estafadores”

“Estancia agradable”

The room was very simple with all the essentials, everything was very clean, and the mattress and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom was very small, making it impossible for two people to be there at the same time. Nobody greeted us, and when we left there was still no one there.

The room faced the street, which has a lot of traffic, but nothing could be heard; the soundproofing was frankly good. The entry system was a bit annoying: the electronic check‑in worked fine, but the key code for the door didn’t arrive until the day I arrived, sent through a message in the Booking app. Maybe it was me, but the system felt cumbersome. Also, being in the old part of Valdemoro makes it hard to find parking nearby, which isn’t a fault of the hostel itself but matters for the overall trip experience.

Everything was great. We didn’t speak to anyone before arriving; everything was handled with codes. Luckily, the cleaning staff were attentive.

“Estancia en temporada de mucha demanda”

The price was good for the dates. The lack of staff, even during check‑in, was a problem.
